1. Payment Methods

We offer flexible payment options for wholesale customers:

  • Cash Payment: Pay directly upon delivery (applicable for customers in Da Lat and nearby areas).

  • Bank Transfer: Transfer to the bank account provided at the time of ordering.

  • Deposit Payment: For large orders, customers are required to make an advance payment of at least 30% of the total order value to confirm and reserve the goods.

2. Payment Schedule

  • Customers must complete full payment (or deposit) before we proceed with packing and delivery.

  • For new customers, we only deliver goods after receiving full payment.

  • For regular customers or those with long-term contracts, a periodic payment schedule may be applied based on mutual agreement.

3. Invoices & Documents

  • All orders are accompanied by a delivery note or payment receipt.

  • If an invoice is required, please inform us at the time of ordering and provide full invoicing details (company name, tax code, address, etc.).
