After receiving payment (or deposit), we will pack and deliver the goods according to the agreed schedule.

Customers must have a recipient available to inspect and receive the goods at the delivery location.

5. Inspection & Acceptance

Upon delivery, please check the quantity, quality, and condition of the products.

If any items are damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, customers must notify us within 24 hours to receive support for returns or exchanges in line with our policy.
